- Agreement of Terms
BrickImage provides image and video gallery services to you, subject to the following legal terms, we reserve the right to update them from time to time.
- Service Description
BrickImage provides users with access to image, video galleries and a variety of other useful tools and resources. Unless otherwise called for by the Legal Terms, any features that change or alter the current site function will still be subject to the legal terms.
- Registraton
You agree to provide accurate, true, and current information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. This information is "Registration data". You also agree you will update your information, from time to time to keep it current. If BrickImage finds reason to believe you did not provide accurate, true, or current information BrickImage reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to your account.

- Identifiable Information
Do not post any identifiable information. If you decide not to adhere to the above policy, then you agree that you will not hold BrickImage, the BrickImage Media Group, its employees or volunteers (if any) responsible.
- Unacceptable Material:
By accepting these legal terms you agree that you would not upload, or post any of the following materials.
a.) Porn
b.) Lolita (child pornography)
c.) Any content which is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or otherwise is objectionable or racist.
d.) Any material you do not have legal right to transmit under any law(s).
e.) Upload, Post or Transmit any material that contains software viruses or other computer codes designed to gain information on another person, PC, or server.
f.) Violate any local, state, national or international laws.
g.) Collect or Store personal data about other users.
h.) Provide or Promote information about illegal activities or physical harm to any group or individuals.
- Submitted Content
BrickImage does not claim to own any content that is uploaded by you to any of your gallery folders. You agree that BrickImage may distribute this media royalty-free worldwide. You are giving us permission to use this media to publish this content to promote your BrickImage Folders. This license exists as long as you are a registered member of BrickImage. This agreement will be terminated once you agree that your account may be terminated or at such point that the media uploaded is removed by us or by you. BrickImage does not pre-screen any of the media on this site but reserves the right for it or any administrators or moderators to remove any images, videos or forum posts that do not comply with the site's legal terms.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold BrickImage, its owners, agents, and partners, employees (if any), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your content, your use of this service, your connection to the BrickImage service, your violation of the legal terms or violation of any other rights of another.
- Service Modification
BrickImage reserves the right at any time to modify, discontinue or temporarily end or permanently end any service (or any part of such service) with or without notice. You agree that BrickImage shall not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any service or any part of service.
- Account Termination:
You agree that BrickImage, at its sole discretion, may terminate your password, folder(s), use of this service or any parts of this service, and remove and discard any content within the service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use, or if BrickImage believes that this account or material has violated or acted against the legal terms. BrickImage may at anytime discontinue service at its sole discretion at any time or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to this service at any time under the legal terms may be done with or without notice. You also agree that BrickImage may immediately deactivate and discard any media in your files. BrickImage is not liable to you or to any third party for loss of access to any of your media files.
- Warranty Disclaimers
You understand and agree that:
a.) Your use of this service is at your sole risk. This service is provide on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BrickImage expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
b.) BrickImage makes no warrant that:
- This service will meet your requirements.
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, sercure or error-free.
- The results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
- The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations.
- Any errors or technical issues will be corrected.
c.) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of this service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
d.) No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from BrickImage or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the legal terms.
- Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that BrickImage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if BrickImage has been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from:
a.) Use or Inability to use the service.
b.) The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service.
c.) Unauthorized access to or alterations of your transmissions or data.
d.) Statements or conduct of any third party on the service.
e.) Any other matter relating to the service.
- Notice
Notices to you may be made via email or private message. This service may also provide notices of changes to the legal terms or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the service.
